Auger Filling Machine

Brief Introduction:
Specially designed for powder and fine powder, the machine can automatically do measuring, filling, gas-flushing. Auger is driven by servo motor to measure and fill. It is used by filling powder. Be applicable for packing milk powder, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, icing sugar, dextrose, feed, coffee, solid medicament, powdery & grainy additive, dye, etc.

1. Wide-opening double doors, totally transparent, function of all the machine parts are easily observed, easy maintenance, easy access.
2. Fully stainless steel, the hydraulic-pneumatic rise and fall, operation is simple.
3. For the easy flow material, collocating anti-leak turn-over door at the outlet to prevent material from dropping which leads to air leaking and bag breaking.
4. Electric equip: Using imported brand products; Servo motor, PLC aptitude control, frequency conversion timing, material level control, blend motor and contact machine loop, exhaust fan, gas-flushing and time control.
